Terms of Service

1. What the Service Does

VibeZero analyzes a submitted website URL or uploaded project files and generates an automated score and report estimating how "AI-generated" or templated the site appears, along with suggested improvements. This is an automated, algorithmic assessment — not a professional design audit performed by a human, and not a guarantee of accuracy.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Scores and flags are generated using automated heuristics and AI analysis. They are intended as a general guide, not a definitive or certified judgment. We do not guarantee the score reflects how any particular visitor, client, or search engine will perceive your site. You should use your own judgment when acting on the report's suggestions.

3. Payments

Unlocking a full report is a one-time payment of $15 USD (or the price shown at checkout, which may change over time). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Refund Policy

Because a full report is generated and delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds if:

• The report failed to generate or unlock after payment due to a technical error on our end, and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, or
• You contact us within 7 days of purchase with a legitimate concern, which we will review on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan sites you do not have permission to analyze in a way that violates another party's terms of service or applicable law
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security measures on the Service
• Use automated scripts/bots to submit scans at scale without our permission

6. Intellectual Property

Reports generated by the Service are for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent the Service's analysis as your own independent audit tool without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, arxxcreative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business decisions made based on a report.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
